How to register?

Select the option to create a new account if you are a first-time user.
- Complete the required registration information using an active email address.
- Log in to TOP and browse the current course catalog.
- Follow the account-confirmation instructions sent to your email.
After logging in, open the course catalog, select a category, choose the course you want to take and follow the enrollment instructions shown on the course page. Because TESDA can add, rename or retire courses, use the live catalog rather than an old copied list when deciding what to enroll in.

National Certification generally involves competency assessment under TESDA’s assessment and certification system.
