There is a great demand for skilled workers abroad, such as in Hong Kong, Dubai, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, among others. Fortunately, TESDA offers technical-vocational courses that can qualify you to apply for an in-demand position in other countries.


Here is the list of the in-demand skills and work abroad, which you can avail whether face-to-face or online:


Agricultural Cops Production NC I, NC II, NC III (Face-to-Face and Online).
This course aims to provide the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed for agricultural operations. You will learn the proper use of farm equipment and farming techniques. Training Duration: 336 hours.



Automotive Servicing NC I, NC II, NC III, NC IV (Face-to-Face and Online).
You will learn basic engine servicing, reinstallation, and removal of diesel and gas engine components. Training duration: 469 hours.

Caregiving NC II (Face-to-Face and Online). To provide knowledge and skills on giving quality care to infants and elderly citizens and support them with their basic needs, such as bathing and changing clothes. Training duration: 786 hours.


Lessons include performing tasks related to layout reference lines, installing and removing wooden works, preparing wooden stairs, constructing ceilings and wall frames, and installing roof support and panels. Training duration: 301 hours.


CNC Lathe Machine Operation NC II and NC III (Face-to-Face).
To provide students with knowledge and skills in drawing and manufacturing complex parts. The student can program and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathe machine at the end of the training. Training duration: 234 hours.



Construction Lift Passenger Material Elevator Operation NC II (Face-to-Face).
Designed to develop skills, knowledge, and attitude to work in the construction lift passenger and material elevator industry. Training duration: 140 hours.

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding NC II and NC IV (Face-to-Face).

Gas Welding NC I and NC II (Face-to-Face).
It aims to provide core competencies in welding steel plates, titanium steel tubes, and gas welding. Training duration: 312 hours.



Hairdressing NC II and NC III (Face-to-Face).
It aims to improve the knowledge and skills of a hairdresser in accordance with industry standards. Training duration: 656 hours.


Health Care Services NC II (Face-to-Face and Online).
Designed for individuals who want to venture into health care services. Training duration: 656 hours.


Housekeeping NC II, NC III, and NC IV (Face-to-Face and Online).
It aims to enhance the ability to handle guests' clothes, cleaning, and valet services. Training duration: 600 hours.


Jewelry Making NC II and NC III (Face-to-Face).
Lessons cover basic measurement, calculations, polishing, and metal fabrication. Training duration: 800 hours


Machining NC I, NC II, and NC III (Face-to-Face).
This course covers the skills necessary to set up and mill a workpiece of drawing specifications, such as turning and indexing and setting up and grinding a workpiece. It also includes removing warp and polishing components of a machine. Training duration: 307 hours.

Pipe Fitting NC II (Face-to-Face).
The course covers the basic and standard competencies required for performing pipe fitting tasks. Training duration: 202 hours.

  • Inquire about the availability of your preferred course.
  • You will then be given the list of requirements for your enrollment.
  • After submitting the needed documents, a TESDA staff will contact you to inform you about the program.





How to Enroll in a TESDA Course for an Online Training

  • Make sure you create an account on the TOP website to enroll in a course.
  • Login to the website using your registered username and password.
  • After logging in, you will be directed to the TOP dashboard, where you can find the list of available courses.
  • Click the link of the course that you want to enroll in.
  • Click the module link you wish to take and the Enroll Me button.
  • After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the lessons inside the module.
  • You may take the tour to be guided inside the system accordingly.
  • If you accidentally enrolled in a course, click the gear icon at the right corner of the course title and click Unenroll me in this course.


How to Create an Online Account in E-TESDA
  • Go to the TOP website at https://e-tesda.gov.ph/.
  • On its homepage, click the Login button in the menu's upper right corner.
  • Click the New Account You will be redirected to an online form—fields with an (i) are mandatory. Fill in the needed information and then click Create Account.
  • After creating an account, a message will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a link that you need to activate your account. Just click the link, and your account will be activated.
