TESDA online learning for OFWs
The TESDA Online Program gives learners internet-based access to skills courses, making it particularly convenient for Filipinos who are overseas and cannot regularly attend a Philippine training center.
How to start
Go to https://e-tesda.gov.ph/, create an account using an active email address, confirm the account, log in and browse the current course catalog. Use the live catalog because the 2021 list on this page included several COVID-era and older partner courses that should no longer be presented as a current 2026 list.
What can you study?
As of 2026, TOP organizes courses under categories including 21st Century Skills, Agriculture, Automotive and Land Transport, Construction, Electrical and Electronics, Entrepreneurship, GAD, Halal Awareness, HVAC/R, Health Care, ICT, Language, Lifelong Learning, Maritime, Food Processing, Tourism and TVET, among others.
Choosing a course for your career
Choose based on the job or business skill you actually need. An OFW planning a career change might prioritize digital, entrepreneurship, language or technical skills, while someone already working in hospitality may benefit from tourism-related learning.
Certificates and NCs
A course completion credential and a TESDA National Certificate are not automatically the same. If your target job requires an NC, verify the assessment and certification requirements for the specific qualification.
Before paying anyone
Use official TESDA channels to verify courses and registered programs. Be cautious with third parties that promise guaranteed certificates, jobs or overseas deployment in exchange for payment.
