Free TESDA Online Courses for Filipinos (No Age Limit)

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has implemented its TESDA Online Program, which aims to make technical education accessible to Filipino citizens through internet technology.

The TESDA online courses provide a more effective and efficient way to deliver technical education and skills development services to the majority with less cost and more reach.

The program is created for students, out-of-school youth, senior citizens, persons-with-disabilities, unemployed, workers, professionals, and Overseas Filipino Workers who would like to take TESDA courses at their own pace and at their own time in the comfort of their desktops or laptop computers.

Requirements:

Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone
Internet connection
Valid email address

How to Create an Online Account

Go to the TOP website at https://e-tesda.gov.ph/.
On its homepage, click the Login button located at the upper right corner of the menu.

Click the New Account
You will be redirected to an online form—fields with an (i) are mandatory.

Fill in the needed information and then click Create Account.
After creating an account, a message will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a link that need to activate your account. Just click the link and your account will be activated.

How to Enroll in TESDA Online Course

Make sure that you create an account on the e-TESDA website so you can enroll in a course.
Login to the website using your registered username and password.
After logging in, you will be directed to the TOP dashboard, where you can find the list of available courses. Click the link of the course that you want to enroll in.
Click the link of the module you wish to take and click the Enroll Me button.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to the lessons inside the module. You may opt to take the tour, so you will be guided inside the system accordingly.
If you accidentally enrolled in a course, click the gear icon at the right corner of the course title and click Unenroll me in this course.

A confirmation box will appear.

NO. The TESDA Online Program is available for FREE; you do not have to pay tuition in order for you to access the courses.

How to get your certificate?

Once you finish the course, you will get a Certificate of Completion.
If you are already ready to take the face-to-face assessment for National Certification, visit the nearest accredited TESDA assessment center or venue.
