10- BENN BECKMAN
Benn Beckman is the first mate of the Red Hair Pirates.
Beckman has the highest IQ of anyone in the East Blue. During the Battle of Marineford, Admiral Kizaru chose not to fight him, even though he had just fought the First Commander of Whitebeard’s crew and Whitebeard himself.
According to the One Piece Vivre Card Databook “Comparable to Red Hair’s, this man’s existence is feared by even the powerful warriors of the New World!!”
9- EDWARD WEEVIL
Edward Weevil, or “Whitebeard Jr.”, is the self-proclaimed son of “Whitebeard” Edward Newgate and one of the Shichibukai. His mother is Miss Bakkin, the self-proclaimed lover of Newgate.
Edward Weevil is a violent man as he left destruction in his wake when hunting Whitebeard’s crew and allies. He is not very bright and is constantly manipulated by his mother, making him believe that he is the rightful heir of the Whitebeard Pirates’ fortune, not the members of the Whitebeard Pirates, to whom he believed (influenced by his mother) are unworthy. Though his claims are widely doubted, at the very least, he seems to genuinely believe them to be true.
8- RYOKUGYU
Ryokugyu is the alias of an admiral in the Marines. Not much is known about his abilities, anyway he was stated by Doflamingo to be a “true monster” in terms of power.
Ryokugyu has claimed to not have eaten in three years, a feat normally impossible for a human to do, and he still has the strength to move around and fight against the Revolutionary Army Commanders.
7- VEGAPUNK
Dr. Vegapunk is the leading scientist in the employment of the Marines. His work includes discovering the secrets and uses of seastone, the secrets of how Devil Fruit powers work, the co-discovery of the Lineage Factor and its applications, and various other scientific achievements that are said to be at least 500 years ahead of current technology. He revealed a new invention to Fujitora that could lead to the abolishment of the Shichibukai. Vegapunk hails from the technologically advanced Karakuri Island. He has yet to make a personal appearance in the storyline.
6- DRACULE MIHAWK
Dracule Mihawk is a member of the Shichibukai and the “Greatest Swordsman in the World.
We all understood his awesomeness, when in one of the first episodes he slashed and beat Zoro so easily, using just a little knife. He also trained him years later, in the two year gap of the time skip. That’s what we do know regarding him, but is there more to it? What is his role really? We haven’t seen enough, and that’s for sure. He certainly is a mysterious character.
5- KAIDO
As one of the Yonko, Kaido is among the strongest pirates alive, renowned as the “Strongest Creature in the World”.
He ate a currently unnamed Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to turn into a serpentine dragon.
He recently announced a project dubbed “New Onigashima”, explaining his plans to find the Ancient Weapons and the One Piece and to transform Wano Country.
4- BLACKBEARD
Marshall D. Teach, also known as Blackbeard, is the admiral of the Blackbeard Pirates and one of the Yonko.
Blackbeard has become the first and, so far, only user to wield the powers of two Devil Fruits at the same time. This has made many fans go crazy and spout wild theories on how he managed to do achieve this.
3- SHANKS
Shanks is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates and a member of the Yonko that rule over the New World.
He is known to be one of the four strongest pirates in the world but not much is known about his powers and abilities in detail neither what is his ultimate goal.
2- MONKEY D. DRAGON
Monkey D. Dragon is the greatest enigma in One Piece.
He’s the infamous leader of the Revolutionary Army, the World Government’s greatest enemy, and is the most dangerous and most wanted man in the world.
We still don’t know his real power neither why did he choose a life of hiding, secrecy and war.
1- IM
Im is an extremely high-ranking individual in the World Government and the actual holder of the Empty Throne whom even the Five Elders bow down to. However, Im’s existence is a secret to the rest of the world.
The full scope of Im’s abilities are unknown, but the fact that Im sits on the Empty Throne, a seat whose occupant would be associated with sole authority of the entire world, and the fact that the Five Elders, who are publicly considered to be the highest authorities of the World Government bow before him and address him with a great honorific, would indicate that Im has the greatest known authority within the World Government.
