It's GivingTuesday, And You Can Tell Santa Claus You've Been Nice

With 24 days till Christmas, there's still a few weeks to show Santa Claus you've been nice. And if you haven't yet, you can start today.

Today, December 1, we celebrate generosity around the world.

Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or a stranger, speaking out about an issue we're passionate about, or sharing what we have with those who need our help, every act of generosity counts. Each one of us has something to give.

GivingTuesday began in 2012 as a global generosity movement with a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. It’s grown into a movement for everyone one who wants to give back.

It's the first year for the Philippines to officially be part of the global movement, one of 60 countries participating.

How to participate in this year’s GivingTuesdayph:

Volunteer.

Donate in cash or kind.
